The limits, before you ask for anything
Stated up front, because the expensive way to find out is after a render.
The limits, stated
- 3–8 seconds per generated shot, at 720p portrait, 24 fps. A motion shot is one clip; longer scenes are cut from several, or held on a still. Hero quality finishes at 1080p portrait.
- Motion starts from a still we render first. You approve the picture, then it moves — measured keyframe fidelity SSIM 0.912, over six frozen test frames. It is not a text-to-video guess.
- Speech is generated inside the clip in Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and English, checked by transcribing the clips back rather than by ear.
- What stays still: clocks, dials, gauges, charts, dense text, handwriting. The model repaints them wrong, so scenes whose meaning is in an instrument keep their still image.
- Motion is rationed to 3 shots a video outside the motion-native formats: at a measured 10.6 seconds of render time per second of video it is the most expensive thing the pipeline draws.
- Long-form stays on stills. Five to twelve minutes of narration over painted frames, exactly as before — and every board you already own still renders and still opens in the same editor.
- Delivered at 720p or 1080p, 9:16 or 16:9 by format, with the title, description, tags and captions written. There is no 4K path and no publishing integration.
Motion video is licensed for commercial use.

Written for a market, not translated into one
Every brief names a language and a culture, and the culture is what decides the dialogue register, settings and names, music, and what counts as funny. An Urdu drama set in Karachi is not an English script with Urdu subtitles, and it is not a Hindi one with the nouns swapped.

What you actually get
How long can a generated shot be?
3 to 8 seconds. A longer scene is cut from several shots, or held on a still. There is no setting that makes one clip a minute long — the model does not do it and we would rather say so.
Is the whole video generated video?
No, and it should not be. Motion costs a measured 10.6 seconds of render time per second of finished video, roughly ten times a still, so it goes on the hook and on the shots that need movement — at most 3 a video outside the motion-native formats, which pay the whole bill by design.
Does the speech actually work in Urdu and Hindi?
Yes, and we measured it rather than trusting our ears: each demo clip was transcribed back automatically and compared with the line we asked for. English came back word-perfect, Arabic within one word, Urdu and Hindi within two. Listen to all four on the showcase and judge for yourself.
What resolution are the files?
Generated shots are delivered at 720p portrait and hero shots at 1080p portrait, depending on the format. There is no 4K path in this pipeline.
How long can a film be?
Shorts run under a minute. Long-form has measured out between five and twelve minutes end to end — that is the real range, not a ceiling we hope to hit — and long-form is rendered as stills with narration, not as generated video.
Do my existing storyboards still work?
Yes. Every board you have already made renders exactly as it did and opens in the same editor. Nothing was migrated, nothing was retired.
Does someone review my video before it is delivered?
An automated quality check runs on every master before it unlocks, and every account is approved by a person before it can render. A human editor does not watch every frame — if you need that, tell us and we will arrange it per project.
Will you publish it to YouTube or TikTok for me?
No. You download the master with its title, description and tags already written, and post it yourself. There is no publishing integration and we do not pretend otherwise.
Are the voices real people?
No. Every persona in the library is synthetic — generated, named and art-directed in our studio, and the in-clip speech is generated by the video model itself. You can also upload a reference recording of your own voice, with consent recorded.
How do I pay?
